- Select Payments
- Select Pay Bills
- Select KCB Account as the source of funds
- Select the KCB Account to buy from
- Select the biller to pay – i.e. KPLC Prepaid Tokens
- Enter the biller Account Number
- Enter the Amount
- Enter your KCB mobile banking PIN
- Confirm the transaction and submit
- You will receive a confirmation message with a 20 digits tokens code
