1. Switch off your Amoi mobile phone.
2. Press and hold the following button.
   • Volume Down and Power Button.
   • Volume Up and Power Button.
3. Continues press button until boot screen appears.
4. Find and select Wipe Data / Factory Reset option, using volume down and press the power button to confirm.
5. Select Yes option to confirm Amoi’s hard reset.
