You can Delete your Chrome browsing history Like other browsers, Google Chrome tracks your history — but you can easily clear that history.

If you don’t want a record of webpages you’ve visited using Chrome, you can delete all or some of your browsing history. If you delete your browsing history, it’ll take effect on all devices where you’ve turned sync on and signed in to Chrome.

Your history will be removed from Chrome. Separately, you can also delete your Google search history from your account.

Learn more about how to turn sync on or off in Chrome.

You can clear your browsing history in Google Chrome in just a few simple steps by accessing the “History” menu. You can choose to delete your history from the last hour, day, week, or month. You can also clear all of your history since you started using Google Chrome.

Additionally, you can choose to only delete specific bits of your browsing history, instead of everything in a time range.

Here’s how to do both.
