How to Apply to Graduate Programs in Qatar University. This service allows for submitting applications for admissions to graduate studies programs at Qatar University (QU).

The fee for this service is QR350.
Additional Information
- Within three business days, students will receive a letter of acknowledgement to confirm the receipt of their applications.
- QU reviews your application and makes an admission decision (your application may be delayed or denied if all required documents have not been uploaded).
- The graduate program will contact you (by email or phone) to inform you of the date and time of the interview.
- Applicants will receive an official letter with the admissions’ decision. Accepted students will receive their QU’s ID and login information to various QU online resources.
- After receiving an initial admission decision, you are required to submit:
- Final, official, and certified transcripts along with copies to check if they match the original documents for non-QU graduates
- Results of standard examinations according to major requirements for all candidates whether they are QU graduates or non-QU graduates
- Health certificate issued in the State of Qatar
- These documents must be submitted either in-person to the Graduate Admissions Section or mailed in order to complete the admission procedures at QU to the following address: Graduate Admissions Section, Admission and Registration, Qatar University, PO Box 2713, Doha, Qatar.
- All applicants who have successfully completed all formal application procedures can follow up on their application status to ensure that all requirements and documents are completed before the admission deadline.
