How to Apply for Registering Music Education Activity in Qatar. This service allows companies to submit a request to register a musical education activity, such as playing musical instruments, via the E-Services portal of the Ministry of Culture (MOC).
Online Instructions
- Click on “Culture and Arts Services” under E-Services portal available on MOC website.
- Click on “Music Education Registration Request” from the list of services.
- Login by using your personal account on the National Authentication System (NAS, Tawtheeq).
- Attach at least one the following documents:
- QID copy of owner
- Certificate of preservation of a trade name
- Commercial registration copy
- Establishment ID copy
- Certificate proving an authorized signature
- Other additional attachments (if required)
- Submit the application.

No fees are required for this service.
