How to Apply for Promotional and Advertising Booklet License in Qatar. This service allows holders of advertising and public relations activities licenses to submit a request to for approval to issue an advertising brochure, via the E-Services portal of the Ministry of Culture (MOC), in accordance with Law No. (8) of 1979 on Publications and Publishing. License Duration: 6 months
Online Instructions
- Click on “Publications and Artistic Works Services” under E-Services portal available on MOC website.
- Click on “License Request Approval to issue Propaganda Booklet and Advertising” from the list of services.
- Login by using your personal account on the National Authentication System (NAS, Tawtheeq).
- Attach the following documents:
- QID copy of license owner
- Commercial registration copy
- Rehearsal of the version
- Certificate of proof of authorization to sign, in case of entering as a delegate or authorized to sign (Optional)
- Other additional attachments (if required)
- Submit the application.

- Edit Approval Data: No fees needed
- Cancel Approval: No fees needed

- Submission is available for individuals provided that they are Qataris.
