How to Apply for Nursery License Renewal. Individuals and establishments may submit a request to the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to renew the license of a nursery.
Offline Instructions
- Fill out the paper form of the nursery school license renewal.
- Attach the following documents:
- Copy of the QID of the license holder and partners
- Copy of the nursery manager’s QID
- Copy of the educational qualification of the nursery manager, if she is a new manager.
- Submit the application and all the necessary documents via the email address: [email protected].
