Who should attend GTC?
GTC offers sessions and training for all technical levels and interest areas of technology. It’s a unique conference that brings together developers, researchers, business leaders, IT decision-makers, creators, and NVIDIA’s partner ecosystem. GTC attendees have a common goal to learn from real-world examples of AI and accelerated computing. There are options to attend in person or virtually.
Where can I find the session list and how can I build my personal agenda?
You can view the session catalog here. To start building your personal agenda, click here and log in to your account after completing registration. You can browse the session catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add it to your personal calendar. Attendance to in-person sessions is first come, first served and adding a session to your schedule doesn’t guarantee a seat in the room.

The minimum age to attend GTC in person is 18.

What method of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks are acceptable methods of payment until Friday, February 28, 2025. After this date, only credit card payments will be accepted. Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.
What description or company name will appear on my credit card statement when I register for GTC?
After registering for GTC, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIA GTCS25″.
Where can I find the receipt for my registration?

Where can I request a Letter of Attendance for GTC 2025?

How do I request a visa invitation letter?
GTC welcomes all international attendees and we’re committed to making the process as seamless as possible.
As part of your GTC registration, you may request an invitation letter through the registration form. After completing your registration and payment, your invitation letter will be emailed to you within a week. If for any reason your visa is denied, we’ll issue a full refund of your registration payment.

Is there a deadline to register for GTC?
There’s no deadline to register for GTC but it’s very likely that the event will sell out, so early registration is recommended.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you can’t make the event, please submit your cancellation requests at [email protected]. The following processing fees will apply:
> Before 24:00 PDT, Monday, February 24, 2025—A $50 processing/cancellation fee will apply.
> After 24:00 PDT, Monday, February 24, 2025—No refunds will be granted.
> No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

Does GTC have a code of conduct?

Can I be denied registration?
NVIDIA reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our sole discretion. These include past or present failure to meet NVIDIA’s standards of conduct, as well as (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct. Keynote
When and where is the GTC keynote?
Jensen Huang’s keynote will happen on Tuesday, March 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the SAP Center, less than one mile from the San Jose Convention Center.
Do I need to register to watch the keynote?
Yes, registration is required to attend the GTC keynote in person. Viewing online virtually is free and doesn’t require registration.
Can I pick up my badge at the keynote venue?
Yes, registration at the SAP Center will open at 8:00 a.m. on both the North and South sides of the building.
I can’t be there in person. Can I still watch the keynote? Is registration required to watch virtually?
Viewing the keynote virtually is free and doesn’t require registration. Click here to watch the keynote live at 10:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday, March 18.
What time do the doors at the SAP Center open?
Doors will open at 8:00 a.m.
Will there be food and beverages available at the keynote?
Yes, beverages and light refreshments will be available before the keynote. Please note that food must be consumed in the concourse area before taking your seat inside the venue.
What is the bag policy at the SAP Center?
While laptops and small bags are allowed inside the venue, we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all attendees.
Is there a bag check available?
Yes, there will be a bag check service available (suitcases only) for those arriving directly from the airport. Bag check is located on the South side of the building close to the shuttle stops.
How can I get to the SAP Center from the San Jose Convention Center?
There are multiple ways to get to the SAP Center from the Convention Center and back again.
- The walk is less than one mile. When you exit the Convention Center, take a left to the corner of Almaden Blvd and then a right. You’ll see our friendly ambassadors in green shirts directing the way. When you get to the corner of W. Santa Clara Street, take a left and the SAP Center will be just up ahead on your right after you walk under the freeway overpass.
- Shuttles will be provided starting at 7:30 a.m. Pick-up is located at the corner of San Carlos and South Almaden Blvd., across from Hilton San Jose. You can’t miss them.
- VTA light rail is just one stop between the Convention Center and the SAP Center. Exit the main entrance of the convention center and cross the street to the light rail. You’ll see our friendly ambassadors in green shirts directing the way. Your GTC badge is your free light rail pass for the week. The walk from the San Fernando Station to the SAP Center is about one and a half city blocks. Look for ambassadors in green shirts.
- Hop on a pedi-cab, sponsored by Oracle, and feel the wind in your hair as you enjoy the sights of downtown San Jose. Pedi-cabs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will pick up right in front of the main entrance to the convention center on W. San Carlos Street.
- Drive and park: There are 1500 parking spaces located in the large parking lot next to the SAP Center, with entry from either Santa Clara Street or Julian Street.
After the keynote, how do I get back to the convention center for session and exhibit hall opening?
- Shuttles will be waiting on the South side of the building, where you were dropped off, to take you back to the convention center.
- It’s an easy walk, less than a mile to get back to the convention center. Head east on W. Santa Clara St when you exit the SAP Center. Take a right turn onto S. Almaden Ave and then a left on W. San Carlos St. You’ll see our friendly ambassadors in green shirts directing the way.
- Take the VTA light rail just one stop from the San Fernando station back to the convention center. The walk to the light rail station is about one and a half city blocks. There will be ambassadors in green shirts directing the way.
- Hop on a pedi-cab, sponsored by Oracle, and feel the wind in your hair as you enjoy the sights of downtown San Jose. Pedi cabs will pick up at the corner of W. Santa Clara St and Barack Obama Blvd.
Is there an ADA shuttle available to the keynote from the convention center?
Yes, please head to the lobby of the Marriott San Jose (connected to the convention center) and speak to one of our ambassadors in a green shirt. They’ll assist you to the ADA shuttle, which will deliver you to the SAP Center. Upon arrival, another ambassador will greet you and show you where to go.
After the keynote ends, an ambassador will assist you in getting back to the ADA shuttle in the same spot where you were dropped off.

Yes, shuttles will be provided for attendees staying at hotels booked within the GTC room block that are not walking distance (more than one mile).
Which airport should I fly into?
Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) is just three miles from the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. Get more information on ground transportation options from SJC.

Where should I park?
The San Jose McEnery Convention Center has an underground parking garage with entrances on both Market Street and South Almaden Boulevard. Additional parking garages are located throughout the downtown area. Information on other downtown San Jose garages is available here. Is there a Parent’s Room available at GTC?
Yes, Parent’s Rooms are located throughout the GTC campus. Refrigerators or coolers aren’t provided in the Parent’s Rooms, but ice packs are available. Please bring your own cooler.

Is there a water station available at GTC?
Hydration stations are located throughout the GTC campus.
Will food and beverages be provided at GTC?
Lunch is available for purchase at GTC. There are several food trucks in GTC Park serving a variety of food for your enjoyment, as well as concession stands throughout the GTC campus and other local restaurants in downtown San Jose. If you purchased a Full-Day Workshop, Conference pass, or One-Day Conference pass, you’ll receive daily lunch and can pick it up in the GTC Park.
A full dinner is not served. However, there are various opportunities for GTC attendees to enjoy an evening meal with colleagues, including Dinner With Strangers, Night Market at the Park, Show Your Badge Program, and select Evening Receptions. Evening Receptions (Sunday through Wednesday) include a selection of appetizers and beverages and are open to registrants with a Conference pass, One-Day Conference pass, or Exhibits + Keynote pass.
All meals include meat and vegetarian options.
I submitted a special meal request during registration. Where can I pick that up?
Halal and Kosher meals will be available for pickup from the special meal table in the park.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan meal options will be identified and available through the general meal pick-up locations.
Is there public transportation available around downtown San Jose?
There’s a VTA light rail stop across the street from the convention center. Show your GTC badge to ride free from March 17–21. More route info is available here.
What health and safety measures will be in place at GTC?
The health and safety of all GTC attendees are very important to us. We’re closely monitoring health trends and staying aligned with the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal, state, and local governments.

What is Dinner With Strangers and how can I sign up?
Join lively discussions over a self-hosted meal with 10 to 20 other conference attendees at pre-reserved tables in restaurants across a variety of cuisines and price points. Dinner With Strangers takes place Sunday through Thursday during GTC from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at various local restaurants. Please download the GTC Mobile App to reserve a seat at the table and restaurant options. Table size is limited, so book early.
*Dinner isn’t included in GTC registration fees. Attendees will cover their dining costs.

How do I register for a Full-Day Workshop?
Once you’ve completed registration for GTC, log in to your attendee portal to purchase the digital Full-Day Workshop of your choice.
Can I pay for and access Full-Day Workshops during GTC in an on-demand format?
Unfortunately, Full-Day Workshops are live, instructor-led programs and won’t be recorded.
Do I need to register to watch the CEO keynote?
If you’re attending GTC 2025 virtually, registration isn’t required to watch Jensen Huang’s keynote.
What software will be required to view and participate in GTC sessions and training online?
All you need is an internet connection and a connected device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone). However, we recommend that you update your web browsers to the latest version before joining the event. Once you’ve registered for a particular session or training, we’ll notify you of any additional setup instructions. Still, all software used during the event will be free and seamless to use.
How can I build my personal agenda?
After completing the registration process, please log in to your account with the same credentials you created when registering. You can browse the session catalog and click the “Add to Schedule” button on a specific session to add it to your personal calendar.
How do I download my schedule to my personal calendar?
To access your personal schedule, log in here and select “My Schedule” on the left. In the top right corner, you’ll see the download button where you can download to ICal, VCal, or CSV and then save to your personal calendar.
Will I receive a reminder before the session starts?
When you download your personal schedule and sync it with your mail client, a reminder will be sent 15-30 minutes before the session starts. However, you’ll need to re-download any time you adjust your schedule.
Why don’t some sessions have an “Add to Calendar” button?
Only scheduled sessions have the “Add to Calendar” option. All other on-demand sessions aren’t scheduled at a specific time and will be available to view at your convenience, beginning after the keynote concludes on Tuesday, March 18. In the meantime, you can click the “star icon” to add the session to your interest list.
When will recorded sessions be available?
A recording of most live webinars will be made available within 72 hours after the session ends. Full-day instructor-led workshops, programs, and training are live and won’t be recorded. However, some (but not all) Training Labs will be available via NVIDIA On-Demand starting on April 8. Connect With the Experts and Watch Parties also won’t be recorded.
What’s the difference between a livestream, on-demand, and virtual session as indicated in the session catalog?
Livestreams are live talks taking place at the San Jose Convention Center and being streamed in real time.
On-demand are pre-recorded virtual talks that aren’t scheduled at a specific time, but are available to watch at your convenience.
Virtual sessions are only available online but are first aired at a specific time. If you miss the scheduled time, you can watch them on-demand at your convenience.
Most live sessions happening at the San Jose Convention Center will be available to watch on-demand within 72 hours. However, some (but not all) Training Labs will be available through NVIDIA On-Demand starting on April 8. Connect With the Experts and Watch Parties also won’t be recorded.
Where can I find PDFs and similar content related to a session?
If approved by the speaker/s, a copy of the PDF presentation will be available with a link in the session catalog’s talk description.
How long will I be able to access the on-demand sessions after GTC?
