Grievance Review of Property or Commercial Shop Acquisition in Qatar. The Ministry of Municipality reviews the grievances submitted by the affected parties. The applicant shall communicate with the competent employee to benefit from this service.
Offline Instructions
- Submit a grievance request to the Customer Service Counter at the Urban Planning Sector.
- Attach copy of valuation notice.
- In case of personal property acquisition: attach copy of ID.
- In case of other heirs: attach copy of limitation of succession, power of attorney from heirs and copy of ID of only representative of heirs.
- In case of commercial shop acquisition: attach copy of commercial license, original copy of commercial registration and copy of authorized signatory ID card.
- Pay appropriate fees.

Customer Service Counter at the Urban Planning Sector.
Additional Information
- A grievance shall be submitted within 30 days of receiving the valuation notice.
- The Ministry of Municipality clarifies on its website the process plan of the service in detail and in the form of a work plan.
- This service takes two weeks to be completed.
Fees
A fee of QR200 applies.
