A 21-year-old German-Iranian man from Hamburg, using the online alias “White Tiger,” has been charged with hundreds of crimes, including murder, after allegedly coercing a 13-year-old American boy to commit suicide on a livestream. Prosecutors allege that the suspect was part of a virtual abuse network known as “764”, which targeted children worldwide for sexual exploitation, manipulation, and self-harm.
Authorities stated that the suspect victimized over 30 children across several countries, including Germany, the United States, England, and Canada. The crimes reportedly occurred between January 2021 and September 2023, when the perpetrator was aged 16 to 19. He is accused of grooming vulnerable minors through online chats and gaming platforms, coercing them into producing pornographic material, and in some cases, inflicting self-harm.
