Emmanuel Wanyonyi is a Kenyan middle-distance runner specializing in the 800 meters, recognized as one of the most promising talents in athletics. Born on August 1, 2004, in Trans Nzoia County, Kenya, Wanyonyi faced significant challenges early in life. He grew up in poverty and had to drop out of school at a young age to work as a herdsman.
