HR Connection Ltd was established in 1993 as a domestic staffing agency. Nine years later, we were able to recruit 20 Kenyans to AL Rumaih Company based in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since then, we have recruited for more than 20 other companies in various fields and categories. We maintained a strong hold over the market until its closure in 2013, due to the international recruitment ban by the government of Kenya. Our average placements were to the tune of 700 candidates per year both male and female internationally with a success rate of above 80%. Since the recruitment ban was lifted, the company has been in full operation and is now fully licensed by the government of Kenya.
