The Commission on Administrative Justice, also known as the Office of the Ombudsman or the Kenyan Ombudsman, is an independent government institution in Kenya. It was established under the Constitution of Kenya, specifically under Chapter 15, to promote administrative justice, fairness, transparency, and accountability within the public sector.
