SAFARICOM PLATINUM CLUB Triad Architects were commissioned to design state of the art Safaricom VIP-lounge the first Safaricom Retail Platinum Lounge in Kenya.
The lounge has a new look and feel and the design creates a relaxed ambience for Safaricom Platinum customers with a water feature, to provide the calming ambience, service desks in rich mahogany finish and comfy lounge area.
Entry into the lounge is only for platinum customers with access cards and members have a personal relationship manager, a direct customer care number and opportunity to preview and sample new devices before they are available to members of the public.
The design employs simple colour tones and focuses on branding and one on one contact with the members. The lounge has Wifi among other goodies offered to it’s customers.
Triad Architects worked closely with the client along with other consultants and managed a successful completion of the lounge which was officially launched by Safaricom CEO Bob Collymore on 9th July, 2014
