Ridgeways residences is a proposed 102 acre housing scheme that captures the aspirations of the young and upwardly mobile individuals.
The project consists of 700 houses, a club house, a day care and primary school and boutique offices. The design was geared towards creating integration of the community through activities reflected in the design emphasis of shared green spaces.
Triad Architects were commissioned to develop the masterplan that would make the most utility of the land and create an identity for the residents of the proposed gated community.
