Once directed to the Commercial Manager, you will pitch your product. After the pitch, you will leave a sample and set up the next meeting for product evaluation.

Step 3: Product Evaluation

During the evaluation process, the Commercial Manager will assess several factors:

  • Purpose of the Product: Does it bring traffic to our branches? Does it create excitement in the market? Does it build transactions? Most importantly, what problem does it solve?
  • Product Presentation: The look and feel, quality checks, KEBS approval, and whether it has a barcode.

Step 4: Follow-Up Meeting

After the initial evaluation, there will be a follow-up meeting to discuss the product’s commercials. This includes:

  • Price Points: Establishing competitive pricing.

Once aligned on the commercials, the Commercial Manager will request your company details for onboarding and discuss product attributes and quantities.
