A delegation of Sikh Council of Africa (led by Chairman and Keynote Speaker Jaswinder Singh Gharial), a presentation on Sikhi was made at the University of Nairobi – which will eventually lead to the process of the University in including Sikh studies as part of their comparative religions.
Keerat Kaur Sagoo and Jaskiran Kaur Matharu presented the overview of the Sikh faith, while historian Khalsa Lakhvir-Singh gave a lecture on ‘The Kenyan Kalasinghas – A Journey through Time’.
